What’s Happening
Terracon LLC has been contracted by the City of Holland to replace deteriorated concrete sidewalk panels along several residential streets on the east side of Holland. This project is part of the City’s ongoing infrastructure maintenance program.
Work involves removing existing damaged concrete panels and pouring new 4-inch or 6-inch concrete replacement panels per City of Holland specifications. Each work location typically takes one to two days to complete.

Work Locations
Work is scheduled on the following streets. ⚠ Red / flagged addresses include a driveway crossing panel — access will be blocked on the work day (some also have additional sidewalk panels). Unmarked addresses have sidewalk panel replacement only, with no driveway impact. Click any street to expand.

What to Expect
Sidewalk panels being replaced will be inaccessible for up to 3 days after the pour while new concrete cures. We will mark all work areas clearly.
If your driveway will be affected, a notice will be posted at your property 24 hours before construction begins. Vehicles must be parked outside of the driveway for the duration of the work.

Who authorized this work?
This project was authorized and is funded by the City of Holland as part of its annual sidewalk maintenance program.
Will my sidewalk be replaced?
Only panels identified by the City for replacement are included. If you received a letter, at least one panel adjacent to your property is on the list.
How long will the work take at my house?
Work at each location typically takes three days: one day to remove the existing concrete, one day to pour new concrete, and up to one additional day to cure. Barricades will be removed as soon as the new concrete is ready for use — you'll know the work is complete when the barricades come down.
