Concrete
- 1,020 FT curb & gutter, MDOT F4 Mod (tip-out where shown)
- 400 SFT 4″ concrete sidewalk & ramps
- 16 FT red fiberglass detectable warning surface
- 160 FT existing curb & gutter removal
- Flow-line measurement; concrete testing included in unit prices
HMA Paving & Marking
- ~390 ton HMA across 4EL/5EL/4EML/5EML mixes
- Parking lot (2 lifts) & Center/West/8th St (2–3 lifts) on 7″ 21AA
- All waterborne markings: stalls, centerline, stop bars, arrows, handicap, ONLY
- Third-party HMA testing included in unit prices
- 8th St must be restored within 24 hrs of utility work
Landscaping
- 4″ topsoil, fertilizer, hydroseed (MDOT TUF mix)
- 5 trees — honeylocust, sycamore, white oak (2.5″ cal. B&B)
- Mulch rings, hardwood staking, mycorrhizal inoculant
- One-year plant warranty; match-existing R.O.W. restoration
Irrigation
- Complete system downstream of the curb stop (~11 GPM)
- Febco / Hunter / Toro / Node-BT per the Sheet 6 plan
- Backflow, valves, heads, controller, wiring, sleeving
- 9V battery controllers supplied by you
- 1-year parts+labor and 5-year manufacturer warranties
